TREASURER'S OFFICE
The Treasurer’s Office of MCM aims to provide easy and convenient avenues for
collection and disbursement services to parents and students, employees, faculty members, and 3rd party service providers.
Students can settle their accounts in campus, Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00am till 4:00pm. The Treasurer’s Office accepts any of the following as payment:
- Cash
- Check – Payments must be made payable to Malayan Colleges Mindanao (a Mapúa School), Inc. and the date must be set on or before the date when the payment is made. The cashiers accept personal or manager’s check.
- Credit/Debit Card – Clients may use either their Visa or Mastercard affiliated credit/debit card to settle their account balances.
- Online Payment Options.
The service is available at the Treasurer’s Office every Friday starting 2:00 pm til 5:00 pm. It is advised that collecting agents bring along the following documents to facilitate check release:
- Government Issued ID with Picture; for students, their School ID
- Authorization Letter, if necessary (with attached valid ID of the authorizing person)
- Company Receipt for 3rd Party Collecting Agent
